The Platform-to-Business Compliance (P2B) collection was originally created by PPMI and OpenEvidence to assess the application of the P2B 2019/1150 on behalf of the European Commission.
Following the success of the implementation, the European Commission adopted Open Terms Archive directly. It operates its own on-premises instance since December 2023 and publishes the Digital Services Terms and Conditions Database.
