Murf commits to comply with the EU-, UK- and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

Murf ▪ Privacy Policy ▪ November 3, 2023

Murf committed to comply with the EU-U.S. Data Protection Framework (DPF), the UK Extension of the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.

Incidentally, Murf ceased to disclose personal data to chat services by Crisp IM and to “affiliate partnership solution by LinkMink”.

Replacing the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework approved by the adequacy decision of the European Commission allows companies to safely transfer personal data from the EU to US, without having to put in place additional data protection safeguards.
